Haley is an author and Amish taxi driver, living in rural Missouri with her husband and children, surrounded by her Amish friends.

Haley Straw’s belief in angels was shaped by her Mormon upbringing. She sees them as heavenly messengers—guiding, protecting, and ministering to those on earth. As a homeschooling mother of six, she often called on their help and felt their presence in her life. She believes we can pray for angelic assistance and strive to be earthly angels for those in need.

In her free time, Haley enjoys family, crocheting, foraging, writing, and exploring the outdoors.
